Return&Refund Policy
We do not accept a random return of products unless there is a quality issue which we cannot solve. If you do return the products randomly, we will not offer any refund.
Don’t like the product and want to return it
According to our warranty policy, if it is not related to product quality problem, and the customer wants to return the product, the customer needs to request it within 3 days upon product/parcel arrival. You can email us at kzzi@kzzi.com and we can provide you with the address to our warehouse where you can return the product.
The customer needs to pay the return shipping cost, as we’re not able to get return shipping label from courier partner, it needs customer to check the return cost with the courier or Postal service, and inform us the tracking number once you shipped out the return product.
Once we received the product in our warehouse and checking the state of the item, we will issue the refund (fully or partially according to the condition of item ) for the product fee only.
Note:
- The item must be non-customized and non-sales product.
- item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It also must be in the original packaging.
Gift card, customized and sales products, accessories, or spare parts are excluded from the 3-day return policy. The shipping fee, handling fees, or any form of tax caused by return will NOT be refunded.
How much will be refunded?
When the warehouse receives the return in new condition, without any damage or signs of use, a full refund will be issued.
For wrong item, item not in its original condition or missing parts, no refund or partial-refund will be provided.
If the product has slight human-induced flaws or obvious signs of use, a 10% deduction will be applied.
For products with significant human-induced damage, scratches, or signs of tampering, a 30% deduction will be
applied.
If the product is rendered inoperable due to human-induced damage, an 80% deduction will be applied.
If you return an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item or as the same condition as it is shipped.
Refunds (if applicable)
We offer refund only once we have received the product. It generally takes up to 7 working days for the refund to process. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
