Shipping Policy

Where does Kzzi ship to?

We are generally able to ship to most countries via Express Shipping or Standard Shipping. After proceeding to Checkout, the available shipping method(s) and cost will be shown before payment. Shipping methods may alter due to different situations.

 

The delivery address must be detailed and accurate - need to provide specific street number, building number and room number; The zip code should correspond to your city.

 

  1. For China, Macau(SAR) and HongKong(SAR), please fill with the Chinese address and name;

 

  1. For Taiwan, you must provide Chinese receiving information (Chinese name and Chinese address) and ID card number (passport number if you are a foreigner) ID number please write in the order notes.

 

  1. For Korea, your personal tax ID and Korean name (Korean name + Korean address + required personal tax ID (P + 12 digits) + (recipient phone number (010 + 8 digits)) are required according to the requirements of Korean customs clearance.

 

The information must be the same recipient's information, otherwise we will not be able to ship.

 

4.For Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Turkey, Indonesia need to provide the recipient's tax ID - can fill in CPF/CNP/VAT/ passport ID/EOR.

 

  1. For Japan, please fill in the information required for ordering such as name and address in English.

We do not ship to

 

  1. No delivery service is available on the dependent islands.

 

  1. South Africa: South African dependent islands and addresses containing box, posbus, plot, plaas, Farm, plaas, private bag, privaat sak keywords are not available for delivery services

 

  1. PO boxes and military addresses and cannot send APO/FPO military address.

 

  1. If there is temporarily countries that can not be shipped, we will update or inform.

Remote Area

For certain remote areas, there may be additional charges via Standard Shipping or Express Shipping. We will contact you if there is need.

When will Kzzi ship the item?

For in-stock products, your order is expected to be shipped within 3-5 working days. Customized items take a longer time.

 

How long does it take to receive the order after it is placed?

For Standard Shipping, it takes about 2-3 weeks for items to be delivered after it is shipped. For some countries, it might take up to 2-3 months, depending on your country and custom clearance. The duration of transit is beyond our control. Kzzi does not arrange refunds for such cases. Please consider upgrade to the Express Shipping method or keep the waiting time in mind.

 

For Express Shipping, it takes about 3-7 days for items to be delivered after it is shipped.

 

How much does shipping cost?

There are two shipping method-Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

Standard Shipping could be free for most countries/areas. When your order is over $139, then we can ship you with free standard shipping.

 

Express Shipping via Yun Express Expedited, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc. needs extra shipping fee.

 

Shipping fees exclude import taxes or processing fees applicable to your country. YUNZII is not responsible for any form of such fees. Should you refuse to pay the tax/customs fees, shipping fees will still be deducted from the amount paid for the returned parcel. For parcels that have been destroyed instead of being returned to us, no refund will be processed.

Who does pay for the import tax/customs fees?

Customers have to bear any form of custom/import/processing fees that are applicable to their parcel.

 

Our product price does not include VAT or import tax of your shipping destination. But Kzzi will try our best to declare a comparatively reasonable value for the product, please let us know if the customs reach out for anything, we may provide our suggestion if possible.

 

If the customs fees and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Kzzi only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.

 

Can Kzzi declare the parcel as a gift?

No, sorry the courier service does not accept declare as a gift for customs clearance.

What should to do if the parcel has been shipped but not delivered successfully?

Contact your local courier using the local tracking number first or email kzzi@kzzi.com with order number. 

 

If the logistics reply that the goods have been delivered but you have not actually received them , please provide all of the following proofs to kzzi@kzzi.com, and we will provide you with corresponding compensation:

  1. Loss emailprovided by the logistics company
  2. Delivery pictures
  3. The picture of your doors

 

If your parcel has shown delivered but you did not see it, it might be:

  1. Delivered in/beside a mailbox. Please check your mailbox if you have one.
  2. Received by your family members or your kind neighbors.

 

Customers are to bear the consequences and fees incurred if the parcel is undelivered due to any of the following situations:

 

  1. Wrong/insufficient address or phone number provided by the recipient
  2. The recipient is unreachable when the courier company tries to contact
  3. Refusal to sign for the package by the recipient
  4. Lost or damaged parcel because recipient opted for “no-signature delivery”
  5. Refusal to pay for the local tax/processing fee by the recipient
  6. Refusal to provide supporting documents for customs clearance by the recipient
  7. Stolen by others if the package is delivered successfully

 

Damage/Incorrect Item Upon Delivery

Upon receiving your parcel, please confirm the contents of the package and ensure that the package is in good condition before signing for it. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging when opening their parcels and products.

 

If you have received a damaged product, please provide photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the damaged item as proof of damage. Please send the above-mentioned claims documentation via email to kzzi@kzzi.com

 

If you have received an incorrect product, please provide pictures of the product you received and the outer packaging with the labels attached.

 

If the order tracking shows that the product is missing, the claim will be processed directly.

 

If the photos/videos provided are insufficient to prove the stated issue, we will enquire more. Once the issue has been confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement, partial refund or a full refund (if applicable). Order Changing and Cancelling

 

Normally you can contact Kzzi customer service Kzzi@kzzi.com to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and replace it with the exact details.

But the cancellation is not accepted once the package has been shipped. Otherwise the customer must bear the corresponding cost of any return.
