Shipping Policy

General Information

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. 

Note: Please ensure that the full name and address are typed or written in English. For HongKong, we require address in CHINESE, please also fill in a CHINESE name if you have one.

We don't recommend the  PO Boxes address since it is not available to a PO Box.  For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes KZZI to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees KZZI may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

Shipping Rate & Market

We are open to the following markets: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, Ukraine, Hungary, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia, United States.
If you purchase our products, the shipping cost is $18 for orders under $130, and free shipping for orders over $130.

Processing Time

The express delivery time for all markets we open is 12~15 natural days, if there are holidays delaying the transportation, we will send emails to remind customers in time.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from kzzistore.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.  

Delivery Claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
kzzistore does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. 

Out Of Stock Items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock or contact you with alternative options. 

VAT or import tax included?

Our product price does not include VAT or import tax of your shipping destination. But we’ll try our best to declare a comparatively reasonable value for the product. If you have further questions, please feel free to email us at kzzi@kzzi.com

How do I get my tracking number?

All orders will be processed after full payment is received. Tracking number will be sent to your email once it ships out. Or you can track your order here. If the item you ordered is temporarily out-of-stock, you will be contacted by our customer service representatives. You can choose to wait for restocking or cancel the order.

How Do I Change the Shipping Address or Cancel My Order?

Contact kzzi@kzzi.com immediately if you need to change the shipping address or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement and it will not always be possible to make changes to the shipping address and/or cancel the order. Please kindly confirm your address and information before placing the order.

 

How Do I Know My Package Has Shipped And Is On Its Way? 

When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready to leave our Distribution Center you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. When will my pre-order ship?

Pre-ordered products will ship when the product becomes available. You will be notified by email if the anticipated release date has changed or when your product has shipped. 

 

When you order multiple things from KZZI does it come in one box?

When you buy several items in your order, it may not be combined into the same pacakge. Please feel free to contact kzzi@kzzi.com to help.
